FAQs

Wimbledon Debenture tickets are freely transferrable tickets to the Wimbledon Championships (as opposed to public ballot tickets, which are non-transferable) and are situated in the best locations on both Centre Court and No.1 Court.

Typically, Wimbledon Debenture tickets are sold in pairs, although some Debenture Holders own more and can facilitate larger groups together. Should you require larger groups, and no supply currently exists on the website, please contact us, and we will do our best to fulfil your needs.

All costs are quoted per ticket, no additional fees will be added at any time during the checkout process.

Subject to full payment, Wimbledon Debenture tickets will be sent to you no later than 7-10 days before the day you attend Wimbledon. We do our absolute best to ensure the vast majority are actually in advance of this.

The vast majority of Wimbledon Debenture Tickets are now in digital format, meaning the official Wimbledon App is now needed to facilitate the transfer. We encourage all customers to sign up using the app for a ‘myWimbledon’ account to ensure a seamless transfer experience.

At times, traditional ‘paper’ tickets may be issued due to the individual Debenture Holders preference. In this case, your tickets will be sent via recorded delivery (at no extra cost) to your billing address. Alternative arrangements for overseas guests will also be available.

Debenture Holders do not own specific seats, just the rights to seats within the ‘Debenture Ring’ of either Centre Court or No.1 Court, currently located within the lower rows of the middle tier within the respective courts. However, due to the sheer volume of tickets we manage, we can more often than not secure specific gangways. We encourage you to contact us to discuss bespoke requests.

The majority of Wimbledon Debenture tickets are supplied in pairs; however, some Debenture Holders are happy to sell single tickets or odd numbers. If there are none currently available on the website, we encourage you to speak to us, and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Per our Terms and Conditions of Booking, all sales are final, and no refunds can be considered in the event of cancellation.

The only tickets available for sae are Debenture tickets, since these are the only legally transferrable tickets for The Championship.

The dress code for Wimbledon Debenture ticket holders into the Debenture Lounges is ‘smart casual’. Wimbledon states, in particular, that no jeans, shorts, collarless shirts, or trainers are allowed.

Wimbledon Debenture tickets do not come with car parking; however, passes can be purchased in advance, please contact us for more details.

The grounds of Wimbledon open from 10:30 am, this also includes the exclusive Debenture Holder lounges and facilities. Play on Centre Court starts at 1:30 pm each day except for the finals weekend which is 2 pm. Play on No.1 Court begins at 1 pm each day of the tournament.
