All Debenture Tickets are legally transferable, which means you are free to sell and transfer your ticket to someone else should you be unable to attend.
The All England Club sends out Debenture Tickets to the individual Debenture Holders approximately five weeks prior to the start of The Championships. Subsequently, these tickets are sent to customers approximately 7-10 days before the day you are attending. In most cases it will be in advance of this, the extra time taken is to ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly and with due diligence.
For the most part, Debenture Tickets are now in Digital form (on a smart phone) and are distributed through the official Wimbledon App using a myWimbledon account. To ensure a speedy delivery, therefore, it is vitally important to update this detail in your account to avoid any delay or error in dispatch.
Debenture Holders may be able to receive their tickets in a traditional ‘paper’ format. Paper tickets are sent to by secure mail to a UK address, or if overseas, alternative arrangements can be discussed.
